Reading, UK (Jan 25, 2010) Recruitment firm Premier Group has rewarded two of its senior staff for their hard work by appointing them shareholders.
Director Ben Broughton is now a shareholder in both Premier London and Premier Group after opening the company’s London office in April 2007. Finance director Michelle Stephenson has also been recognised for four years service at the Queens Road company, which has seen turnover hit £10 million for two consecutive years.

Two Premier Group directors, Ben Broughton and Michelle Stephenson, have been made shareholders. Broughton joined the Group in 2006 from a competitor. He started up a London-focused team from scratch (in Reading), and then opened the London office in April 2007, which he now runs. He was made a director of Premier London in April 2008 and is now a shareholder in both Premier London and Premier Group.
Finance director, Stephenson, has been made a shareholder in light of her efforts and achievements over the past few years, managing the financial side of the business which has grown to over £10 million turnover fof two consecutive years. She has been with Premier since 2005.
David Ellery has been promoted to the position of Reading sales manager. He joined Premier Group in 2006 and has worked his way through the ranks with impressive sales performances. Just 27, he now runs Premier IT and Premier Engineering within the Reading Office.
