After more than a year of development, Premier unveiled its own bespoke database system in February 2007.
Using state of the art technology, the software enables consultants to search for and filter candidates more efficiently than before, with the help of a complex scoring system. It is also an all-round business tool which helps plan and organise the consultants workloads for them.
From a management perspective, the system produces comprehensive statistics and reports on every aspect of the business, enabling the management team to analyse staff performance levels, which in turn ensures that customers get the best service possible.
The back office systems have also been implemented, meaning that the whole company is able to work more effectively than ever before.
The data itself is regularly updated and cleansed. The database currently contains over 250,000 candidates and 100,000 companies. These impressive numbers ensure that our clients have access to a huge pool of candidates across the industry, whilst the candidates themselves get exposure to the best opportunities in their market places.
Premier have committed to a long term partnership with the team responsible for designing the software. This will ensure that the system is regularly updated and improved upon, keeping Premier at the very cutting edge of the industry.
Premier have also invested in a state of the art telephone system which records and monitors calls, helping trainee consultants to develop their skills to the highest level.
