In the past I had only dealt with recruitment agencies on a couple of occasions and was to be honest a little sceptical. However, Premier Engineering proved to be a very professionally run company with extremely professional consultants who made sure they understood exactly what my staffing requirements were and understood the urgency of my requirements.

They did not waste my time with unsuitable candidates, (as I had previously experienced with agencies) which was very much appreciated by myself as my work load was high. This proved to me that the consultants at Premier had a good Engineering background and that they took the time to assess the candidates before even sending out their CV’s, saving me a great deal of time.
