I am currently working with a MSP to take on a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their thriving team to cover the North West region.
As the IT Support Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Take ownership of the 1st Line Support, including telephone, email, remote and 1st person to their internal site.
- General maintenance and support of computer equipment and software
- Oversee the IT Department's Asset Inventory and stock control systems
- Keep detailed and accurate records of hardware, software and support requests
- Undertake general tasks to promote the use of IT across the company
Key skills needed to apply for the IT Support Specialist role:
- At least 2 years' experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft Windows and Office knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
