Industry: Public Sector – NHS
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £80 - 120 per day
Duration: 6 months
Candidate must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience within 1st Line Support
- Active Directory, SCCM and Exchange experience
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Experience providing customer focused end user support
- Provide 1st support on Windows platforms
- Hardware and software fault diagnosis
- Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product
