1st Line Support Engineer

Job Title: 1st Line Support 

Industry: Public Sector – NHS

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: £80 - 120 per day

Location: London

Duration: 6 months

Candidate must have: 

  • At least 2 years’ experience within 1st Line Support
  • Active Directory, SCCM and Exchange experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certified 
  • Experience providing customer focused end user support 
The Role:

  • Provide 1st support on Windows platforms
  • Hardware and software fault diagnosis
  • Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product
