Skills: - 1st line support experience, Active Directory, Office 365, VOIP, ITIL understanding/ methodologies, Basic SQL knowledge and an Enhanced DBS is desirable but not essential.
I have a client based near Hemel Hempstead who is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience in 1st line support, Active Directory, VOIP, Office 365 experience and basic understanding of ITIL and Basic SQL methodologies on a permanent basis.
Our Client is offering the successful 1st Line Support Analyst a salary up to £20,000 based on experience.
This role will be providing service desk support for clients at a Managed Service Provider.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of email and telephone support and understand when an issue may need escalating.
