I have a client based near Ipswich, who is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer with experience as a 1st/2nd line Support engineer, Windows 10, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 & ITIL on a permanent basis.
Our Client is offering the successful 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer a salary up to £24,000 based on experience.
This role will be providing technical support for the company’s key clients and building key relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in small teams, an excellent understanding of email and telephone support and understand when an issue may need escalating.
