Role: 2nd Line NOC Analyst

Skills: - Troubleshooting, Support / Service desk experience, 2nd line support, Network knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), Basic Linux, LAN/WAN & WLAN knowledge & ITIL.

I have a Telecommunications client based in Chatham who are looking for a 2nd Line NOC Analyst, who has experience with Troubleshooting, Support / Service desk experience, 2nd line support, Network knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), Basic Linux, LAN/WAN & WLAN knowledge & ITIL.

This 2nd Line NOC Analyst role is paying up to £28,000 per annum on a permanent basis.

There will be a shift pattern that will rotate in this role to help provide support out of hours with an aim to one day be providing 24/7 support so some weekend and evening work will be required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Network knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
  • Basic Linux
  • LAN/WAN & WLAN knowledge
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment is a desirable
