I have a Small ISP client based in Hitchin who is looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with Helpdesk, Desktop Second Line Support, ADSL, FTTC, FTTP, PSTN, Ethernet, VOIP, Hardware configuration, Email and Domain hosting on a Permanent basis.

Our Client is offering the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer a salary up to £25,000 based on experience.

Skills and Experience Required

  • VOIP
  • Hardware configuration
  • Email and Domain hosting
  • Experience working at an Internet Service Provider or a within telecommunications is highly desirable
