The Role:
- Provide Desktop Support to Windows and MAC
- Assist in procuring and rolling out hardware for all London and other offices
- Ensuring all file servers are backed up weekly
- Provide Office 365 and GSuite admin support
- Provide remote desktop support
- Assist with networking and patching configurations
- Be involved with new projects within the Corporate IT infrastructure and security team
- Create and review the desktop and phone build process
- 3 years of relevant service desk/desktop engineering experience
- Experience with Windows and Mac technologies
- Experience with JIRA or any service desk software
- Advanced Windows Server knowledge
- Solid Active Directory Experience
