- Go on site of their clients on a regular basis providing support.
- Provide customers with high level support
- Ensure that service level agreements are met whilst delivering reliable resolution of customer technical issues when raised.
- A minimum of 2-years’ experience in IT Support/Desktop Support
- Microsoft Desktop 7 / 8 / 10
- Microsoft Office 2010 - 2016
- Backup Solutions
- Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016
- Office 365
- Logical approach to problem solving
