SALARY: £22,000
LOCATION: Derbyshire

Responsibilities of a Helpdesk Analyst
  • 1st Line Support
  • Log Tickets received
  • Escalate tickets to Service Desk
  • Investigate Technical issues with PC’s, Laptops, phones.
  • Windows Server Admin
Skills required for a Helpdesk Analyst  
  • Understanding of IP Networking
  • Understanding of Routing
  • DHCP, DNS
  • WIFI
  • Excellent communication skills
