Role: IT Technical Support Analyst x2
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Technical Support Analyst to join a leading organisation in Tamworth.
The successful candidate's will provide a mixture of direct support and consultancy services to my client's customer base.
Responsibilities: IT Technical Support Analyst
  • Respond to inbound queries and log tickets (1st and 2nd line issues)
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues (technical and functional)
  • Install software on customer infrastructure
  • Upgrade software on customer infrastructure
  • Commission hardware devices used by our software
  • Supporting customer hosted software
  • QA software fixes/changes
Skills and experience: IT Technical Support Analyst
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Able to learn quickly and learn well
  • Strong working knowledge in a Microsoft technical environment
  • Working with MS Servers
  • Azure
  • Networking
  • Net
  • Experienced in supporting MS SQL server (desirable)
  • Able to write SQL scripts
  • Use of profiler
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Full driving licence
