Our next growth plan is to open an office in Dublin, in which you could be an instrumental part.

As a Recruitment Consultant for at Premier Group you will be responsible for proactively managing the full life cycle recruitment process to include: staffing strategy, job posting, sourcing, telephone interviewing, guidance of selecting the best candidate, extension of offers and account management.
You will have the chance to advance your career based upon your hard work and achievements and will see the rewards in promotions and financial rewards.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience working in either a delivery or full 360 recruitment role
- Ambitious and hungry to be successful
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive and driven
- Determination to achieve objectives
