A fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a global organisation based in Peterborough. Must be German Speaking.
Responsibilities of a Service Desk Analyst:
- Provide IT Support to German customers/staff
- Acting as primary contact for customers
- Log and resolve requests
- Resolve tickets within SLA’s agreements
Experience required for a Service Desk Analyst:
- Microsoft Office Suites
- Active Directory
- Office 365
