Start date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months rolling
Day rate: £80 - 130 per day
Candidate must have:
- Experience working as a Service Desk Engineer
- Active Directory
- Windows 7/10
- Office 365
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Experience providing customer focused end user support
- Provide 1st/2nd level support on Windows platforms
- Hardware and software fault diagnosis
- Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product
