At a critical time for the business a senior level finance professional was needed to help steer the ship and increase efficiencies across the organisation. We provided a shortlist of great candidates who had been met, fully screened and prepped for face to face interview. The account manager went onsite and joined the panel for the face to face interviews to better understand the client's qualification and selection process and at the end of the face to face interviews they were unanimous in offering a candidate the role.
